GOAL's vision is for a Greater Ogden community that is stronger economically and healthier in mind, body and spirit.

GOAL's mission is to support the Greater Ogden community's vision to be recognized as an outdoor recreation mecca, by producing unparalleled athletic events and by collaborating with other organizations in bringing athletically-oriented events to the Ogden area.  GOAL will, in all its activities, strive to engage the community, local business and relevant government agencies in outcomes that bring a sense of pride and belonging to all those involved.

The GOAL Foundation is a non-profit organization that was founded shortly after the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. With the assistance of a myriad of local businesses and thousands of volunteer hours, the GOAL Foundation's aim is to attract, organize, support and encourage premier athletic events that promote an active lifestyle in Northern Utah.
